About Michigan HR...

Michigan HR was created to develop and implement opportunities to connect HR professionals in Michigan in order to provide a forum to exchange information, ideas and experiences. Positioned at a critical time for Michigan businesses, the Michigan HR Day event was inaugurated in 2010 and addressed the relevance of the HR function as an important part of Michigan’s economic revitalization. Michigan HR Day welcomes HR professionals from diverse Michigan companies -- a true reflection of the state’s business environment and culture.

Michigan HR Day 2013

Human Resources professionals from across the state met in Lansing for the 4th Annual Michigan HR Day. The sold out event played host to over 30 businesses and 1,000 attendees.

The day began with a presentation by David Brandon, Director of Athletics for the University of Michigan; it included presentations that received strategic and general HR Certification Institute recertification credits.

This Michigan HR Day marks the 4th consecutive year that Michigan HR has been presented with a proclaimation from the Governor.
